1. Purpose of this portal
This portal is provided by Futura Medtech to deliver Instructions for Use documents for the medical devices we manufacture, in fulfilment of EU Regulation 2021/2226 and equivalent regulations in other markets.
2. Who this portal is for
The eIFU portal is intended for use by healthcare professionals who are using or preparing to use our devices. It is not a substitute for clinical training or judgement.
3. Accuracy of content
We take reasonable care that the IFU documents available here are the versions applicable to the batches that were manufactured. If you have any doubt about the correct version for a particular batch, contact us at regulatory@futuramedtech.com.
4. Paper copy
You may request a free paper copy of any IFU within seven calendar days. See request a paper copy.
5. Availability
We aim to make the portal available continuously. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. In the rare event of an outage, contact us at hello@futuramedtech.com for an immediate paper copy.
6. Intellectual property
All IFU documents, brand names, and content on this portal are © 2026 Futura Medtech or its licensors. They may be downloaded for personal clinical use only.
7. Misuse
Automated scraping, bulk download, or attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Futura Medtech is registered. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
